SPJ Term is a windows based Terminal Emulation Software for communication between PC and any other device through RS232 port. It runs on Windows95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000. The data received on the serial port can be seen using this software. Like wise data can also be sent to the serial port. The data received from the serial port is stored in a log file. The log file can be viewed using the View log file option from the file menu. Also the log file can be saved and deleted with different name for further use. Apart from terminal emulation, it also includes facility for In System Programming. With this feature, you can download a hex file directly into the P89C51Rx+/Rx2, P89C66x, DS89C420 (and more) microcontrollers' flash code memory.

In System Programming(ISP):
The ISP feature of SPJTerm allows to program P89C51Rx+/Rx2, P89C66x, DS89C420
(and more) microcontrollers. You can erase a particular block of memory from
the chip. You can also set Security Bits, Oscillator frequency, Status byte and
Boot vector.
