Terms of use for web-site of SPJ Embedded Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“SPJ”): By accessing or using this web site currently located at
www.spjsystems.com (the "Site") and owned by SPJ Embedded
Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SPJ", "We", or "Us",
as appropriate), the user of this Site and any individual or entity on whose
behalf a user accesses or uses the Site (collectively, "You" or
"Your," as appropriate) agree to be bound by the following Terms
and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. Please read both documents
carefully and often as they are subject to change. Your continued use of the
Site after the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes
acceptance of the changes. If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions,
do not use the Site. Privacy: SPJ respects the privacy of our users. Please
take a few minutes to review our privacy policy. General Disclaimer: The material that appears on the Site
is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and
accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before You act on
information You've found on our Site, You should confirm any facts that are
important to Your decision. SPJ is not responsible for, and cannot guarantee
the performance of, goods and services provided by others to whose sites we
link, or users who post the information. Forums And Other Public Posting Areas: SPJ encourages an
open exchange of information and ideas. But we cannot and do not review
postings made in the public posting areas before they are posted. Anybody may
obtain the right to post on SPJ merely by registering and providing an email
address, and while SPJ takes measures to deny access to people who have
posted objectionable material in the past, these measures are quite easily
circumvented by any person intent on posting objectionable material. You may
well read or view any given posting before anyone on the SPJ staff does. You
may see material that is fraudulent, false, defamatory, abusive, offensive,
threatening, illegal, before we have seen it and have had the opportunity to
remove it. If you do encounter material that you believe falls into one of
these categories, we urge you to report it to us so that we may remove it.
But We may not be able to remove it as promptly as You think we should. You
can expect the Site to include information and opinions from a variety of
individuals and organizations other than SPJ. It is easy for people to pose
as experts in the public posting areas without having any expertise
whatsoever. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting,
regardless of whether the posting comes from a user, from a celebrity or
"expert" guest, or from a member of our staff. There is no
substitute for healthy skepticism and Your own good judgment. Responsibility for what is posted in the forums and other
public posting areas on the Site lies with each user - You alone are
responsible for material You post. You agree not to post or transmit any
false, defamatory, abusive, threatening or illegal material, or any other
material that infringes on the ability of others to enjoy the Site or that
infringes on the rights of others. You agree to conform to Site polices and
guidelines concerning the size, length, format, subject, content, or
relevancy of the materials You submit. Although SPJ cannot monitor all the
postings in the forums and other public areas, we reserve the right (but
assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that come to our
attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, of for any other reasons,
which we need not disclose, at our discretion and convenience. Ownership of Submitted Material: Submission of material to
any SPJ forums or other posting areas does not transfer the copyright to that
material to SPJ. However, by submitting the material, You grant SPJ and its
successors or assigns a perpetual non-exclusive world-wide royalty-free
license to publish that material on the World Wide Web as part of the SPJ web
site. Your posted materials will be attributed to the name under which you
are registered on the site. If the name under which you are registered on the
site is modified, your posts will be attributed either to the name you had on
the site when you originally registered, to the name you had on your account
at the time of the post, or to your current name on the site, at SPJ's
discretion. You grant SPJ, its employees, its volunteer editors and
moderators, and other persons who may be designated by SPJ, permission to
edit, modify, or to reformat your textual materials, including extensive
modifications with which you may not agree, without your prior approval, and
you grant SPJ permission to publish the modified work as part of the SPJ web
site. Words or phrases in your posts may be converted into hypertext links
either manually or by means of automatic software, and citations, cross-references,
parenthetical comments by editors, and hyperlinked words or phrases may be
inserted into your material. Your posted material may be amalgamated with
that of other posters, or summarized in words not of your choosing, or only
portions retained. In meeting the requirement that your material be
attributed to you, it shall be sufficient that you are listed as an
author/contributor in a history of the article, comment or forum thread,
discussion, etc, to which you contributed the post. But it is not required
that the original text of each contributor to an article, forum thread,
discussion, etc be immediately apparent to a reader, or even that it be
possible for a reader to reconstruct your original text. For example, an
editor may take a forum thread to which you have contributed and summarize
and blend the contributions, including yours, so that the integrity of your
material is not maintained, and the end result may have a tone or gist
different from your original post, and with which you may not agree. Note
that this provision allows your post to be used in a "wiki" format,
even though the area to which you posted it may not have been a wiki when you
posted it. Your post may be quoted at length in other posts on SPJ. In the
process of alerting people that you and/or others have posted material on the
site, SPJ may send copies, extracts, digests, or thumbnails of your material
to third parties via electronic or postal mail. If you object to any
modification of a particular post of yours, upon request via email SPJ will,
at its discretion, either remove your copyrighted material, or insert a
notice near the material that it has been modified. You grant to other SPJ
users and site visitors the right to make a temporary copy of your material
in the course of viewing or reading it with a standard Web browser, or RSS
reader. In addition, SPJ may grant permission to third parties, including
without limitation operators of proxy servers, caching servers, search
engines, web site directories, digesting and aggregation services,
syndication services, portal sites, or Internet archiving sites, to make
copies of the content of SPJ from time to time, and by submitting your
material to SPJ, you grant permission to SPJ to authorize such third parties
on your behalf to copy your submitted materials and you agree to such usages
of your material by third parties as may be authorized by SPJ. Search engine
operators, digesting services, Internet archiving sites, and other third
parties to whom SPJ grants permission to copy your material may also cache
the content they have copied from SPJ on their own web sites, and make it
available to their visitors and subscribers on their web sites. For example,
Google provides its users with a cache of the pages from which indexed
results were generated. These copies may also be modifications or works
derived from your original material, such as digests, extracts, or
thumbnails. By posting material to SPJ, you grant permission also for this
usage of your material by third parties who have been authorized by SPJ. Your
use of editing/deletion features on SPJ to remove or change content you have
posted on SPJ may not necessarily result in the copy of the material being
maintained by a third party being changed or deleted, and it may not be
possible ever to remove your material from the third-party site, even though SPJ
permits you to remove it from the site. By submitting your material to SPJ,
you acknowledge and agree to this. No Soliciting: You agree not to use the Site to advertise
products or services or to solicit anyone to buy or sell products or
services, or to make donations of any kind, without our express written
approval. No Spamming/Email Address Harvesting: From time to time, users
post their email addresses in our forums, and other public posting areas, and
the site makes available the email addresses of members to other logged-in
members. You agree not to gather these email addresses for purposes of
spamming or for any non-personal or commercial purposes. Permitted Usage of the Site: The SPJ site comprises text,
images, and other information (the "content"), and Hypertext Markup
Language (HTML), Extended Markup Language (XML), Cascading Style Sheets
(CSS), JavaScript, and other coded display and formatting specifications
("the code"). We grant you permission, which we may revoke, to
connect a conventional HTML browser or RSS Reader to our servers and to cause
our servers to transmit the content to you, but solely for the purpose of
personally viewing the content on a computer monitor or screen. As a
condition of being granted this permission, you agree to display the content,
without modification, as specified by the code. In particular, if you
retrieve the content and cause any part of an HTML page from the site to be
displayed, you must display the page in its entirety, without removing,
blocking, filtering, suppressing, or modifying any features of the content,
including advertising. In order for you to comply with these conditions on
your usage of the site, it may be necessary for you to switch off ad-blocking
systems when accessing the site. You are not relieved of your obligation to
fulfill this condition by virtue of the fact that the blocking, filtering, or
modification of the site content is done by third-parties used by you, such
an ISP, even if the only way for you to prevent them from doing so is by not
accessing the site at all. Prohibited Usage of the Site: The content and materials
available through the Site are the property of SPJ or its licensors (the
users), and most of the materials are protected by copyright, trademark and
other intellectual property laws. Furthermore, SPJ has expended its resources
to collect, compile, and edit these materials and to publish them or to make
them available to its users. You agree not to reproduce or distribute, or
cause to be reproduced or distributed, any material that you retrieved from
the Site, without the express prior permission of both SPJ and, in the case
of copyrighted materials, the copyright owner, except for such reproduction
as occurs in the normal course of reading or viewing the materials using a
Web browser. Requests for permission to reproduce or distribute materials
retrieved from the the Site should be sent both to SPJ and the original
author of those materials. You acknowledge that SPJ and the copyright holders
will be significantly damaged by Your violation of this section in a manner
that would require immediate injunctive relief. You are not relieved of your
duties under this section because material was posted anonymously or under a
pseudonym, because you cannot locate the copyright holder, because the
materials are in the public domain, because the materials are available on
any other web site or in some other form, or because you have the permission
of either the copyright holder or SPJ, but not both. Robots, Spiders, Offline Readers, etc: This site is
provided for your personal use. You agree not to use or launch any automated
system, including without limitation "robots", "spiders",
"offline readers", etc, that accesses the site in a manner which
sends more request messages to the SPJ server in any given period of time
than a typical human would normally produce in the same period by using a
conventional on-line Web browser to read, view, and submit materials. Teachers and Search Engines: Notwithstanding other terms
of this agreement, we grant the right to teachers to print out pages from SPJ
for distribution to students, provided that attribution is given to the URL
on SPJ where the material originated. We also grant the operators of search
engines permission to use robots to copy materials from the site for the sole
purpose of creating searchable indexes of the materials, provided such
indexes are publicly available without charge. We reserve the right to revoke
these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. Links To Third Party Sites: The Site contains links to
third party web sites ("Third Party Sites"), some of which appear
within content provided by our contributors, having been placed there by the
contributors. Because we may not have reviewed all of the content posted on
the Site by our contributors, and because we furthermore have no control over
Third Party Sites, We do not endorse, have not reviewed and are not
responsible for the content or availability of Third Party Sites. You
acknowledge that use of Third Party Sites is at Your own risk and that SPJ is
not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss You
incur in connection with products or services available on Third Party Sites,
nor for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency or other aspect
of Third Party Sites. Hyperlinking: We welcome links to our service. You are
free to establish a hypertext link to this site so long as the link does not
state or imply any sponsorship of Your site by SPJ. Framing, Hot Linking, Embedding: Without our prior written
permission, You may not frame, incorporate or embed into a another web site
any content of the Site, including content that you have contributed. This
includes placing links, tags, references, etc, into the content of other web
sites in a manner which would result in the SPJ servers being invoked to
provide part of the display of the content of other web sites. Site Security Rules: Users are prohibited from violating
or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without
limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a
server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (b) attempting
to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach
security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (c)
attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including,
without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading,
"flooding," "spamming," "mailbombing" or
"crashing," (d) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions
and/or advertising of products or services, or (e) forging any TCP/IP packet

on your account. At the time of registration, you may select this name, which
need not be your legal name. However, SPJ reserves the right to alter names
that it deems inapprorpriate, or to refuse a registration made under an
unsuitable name. Once registered, you will not be able to change your name
without the assistance of SPJ staff or volunteers, which will be provided at SPJ's
